Arkansas High School Basketball - Pottsville knocked off by Lamar

The Lamar Warriors basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Pottsville Apaches to 38 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Friday.
The Warriors now sport a 14-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Atkins for a 3A Region 5 contest on Friday, January 5. Lamar will battle a Red Devils team coming off a 56-44 non-league loss to Prairie Grove (Prairie Grove, AR). The Red Devils record now stands at 6-8.
The Apaches (5-7) will now prepare for their match against Fountain Lake (Hot Springs National Park, AR). The Cobras enter the 4A Region 4 match with a 7-8 record. In their last match, Fountain Lake knocked off Clarksville (Clarksville, AR), 58-48, in a league match.
