The Wimberley Texans basketball team scored 84 points and restricted the visiting Lehman Lobos to 27 in the Texans non-league victory on Friday.
The Texans now sport a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Aledo for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 30. Wimberley will battle a Bearcats team coming off a 42-30 non-league win over McCallum (Austin, TX). The Bearcats record now stands at 18-7.
The Lobos (8-13) will now prepare for their contest against Liberal Arts & Science Academy - Austin (Austin, TX). The Raptors come into the non-league contest with a 8-7 record. In their last contest, Liberal Arts & Science Academy - Austin triumphed over LBJ Austin (Austin, TX), 66-2, in a league contest.
