In their next game, the Blue Devils face the Crane Cranes (Crane, TX) in a 3A Region I District 4 game, on Tuesday, January 2. Presidio will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Cranes enter the game with a 16-6 record after their 54-39 non-league win over Fort Stockton (Fort Stockton, TX).

With the defeat, Sanderson moves to 8-11 on the year. The Eagles host Iraan (Iraan, TX) to confront the Braves in a 1A Region II District 10 battle on Friday, January 5. The Braves come into the battle with a record of 2-15. Iraan lost 53-8 in their recent non-league battle against Nueces Canyon (Barksdale, TX)
