The South Border co-op [Wishek/Ashley] Mustangs basketball team (Wishek, ND), was nudged 60-53 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Richland Colts (Colfax, ND)
The Colts now sport a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hankinson for a B District 1 battle on Tuesday, January 2. Richland will battle a Pirates team coming off a 51-31 league win over Barnes County North co-op [North Central/Wimbledon-Courtenay] (Rogers, ND). The Pirates record now stands at 2-4.
The Mustangs (0-5) will now prepare for their battle against Barnes County North co-op [North Central/Wimbledon-Courtenay] (Rogers, ND). The Bison come into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record.
