Kenwood Broncos (Chicago, IL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Providence Catholic Celtics (New Lenox, IL), 41-19 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Kenwood upgrades its record to 11-2 on the season. The Broncos travel to Phillips (Chicago, IL) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 30. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 9-1. Phillips won 49-41 in their recent non-league bout against Whitney Young (Chicago, IL)

Next up, the Celtics play the Oak Forest Bengals (Oak Forest, IL) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 10. Providence Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
