The Pine Lake Prep Pride (Mooresville, NC) basketball nipped the host Robinson Bulldogs (Concord, NC), 36-35 in Friday's non-league test.
The Pride (4-4) will now prepare for their test against Concord Academy (Concord, NC). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 4-3 record. In their last test, Concord Academy was tipped by North Charlotte (Charlotte, NC), 68-47, in a non-league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Lake Norman Charter for a non-league test on Friday, January 5. Robinson will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 45-30 non-league win over Carson (China Grove, NC). The Knights record now stands at 8-1.
