Ohio High School Basketball - Hayes sneaks past Brunswick

The Hayes Pacers (Delaware, OH) basketball edged the visiting Brunswick Blue Devils (Brunswick, OH), 70-67 in Sunday's non-league bout.

The Pacers now possess a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Big Walnut for a Ohio Capital - Capital bout on Friday, January 3. Hayes will play a Golden Eagles team coming off a 70-49 non-league win over Purcell Marian (Cincinnati, OH). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 5-2.

With the loss, Brunswick falls to 5-2 on the campaign. The Blue devils travel to Medina (Medina, OH) to play the Battling Bees in a Greater Cleveland bout on Friday, January 3. The Battling Bees go into the bout with a record of 6-2. Medina won 91-27 in their recent non-league bout against Alcott (Chicago, IL)
