The Hillcrest Trojans basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the host Twentynine Palms Wildcats to 42 in the Trojans non-league victory on Friday.
The Trojans now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Temescal Canyon for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 4. Hillcrest will battle a Titans team coming off a 40-20 non-league win over Rancho Verde (Moreno Valley, CA). The Titans record now stands at 2-1.
The Wildcats (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Rancho Verde (Moreno Valley, CA). The Mustangs come into the non-league contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Rancho Verde was defeated by Temescal Canyon (Lake Elsinore, CA), 40-20, in a non-league contest.
