Indiana High School Basketball - Concord nips Angola

December 3, 2022: Elkhart, IN 46517

Concord Minutemen (Elkhart, IN) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Angola Hornets (Angola, IN), 38-37 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Concord upgrades its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Minutemen travel to West Noble (Ligonier, IN) to play the Chargers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 7. The Chargers come into the bout with a record of 3-0. West Noble won 59-51 in their recent non-league bout against Wawasee (Syracuse, IN)

Next up, the Hornets play the Woodlan Warriors (Woodburn, IN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Angola will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Warriors come into the bout with a 3-1 record after their 56-51 league loss to Jay County (Portland, IN).
