Batavia Bulldogs (Batavia, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Eastern Warriors (Sardinia, OH), 54-52 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Batavia upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Mt. Healthy (Cincinnati, OH) to clash with the Fighting Owls in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Fighting Owls go into the bout with a record of 1-2. Mt. Healthy lost 61-44 in their recent non-league bout against Loveland (Loveland, OH)

Next up, the Warriors clash with the Fayetteville-Perry Rockets (Fayetteville, OH) in a Southern Hills bout, on Wednesday, December 28. Eastern will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
