Milton Eagles (Milton, GA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Chapel Hill Panthers (Douglasville, GA), 67-61 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Milton upgrades its record to 5-0 on the season. The Eagles host Forsyth Central (Cumming, GA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a AAAAAAA Region 6 bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 0-7. Forsyth Central lost 85-46 in their recent non-league bout against Alpharetta (Alpharetta, GA)

Next up, the Panthers clash with the Tri-Cities Bulldogs (East Point, GA) in a AAAAA Region 5 bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Chapel Hill will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 2-3 record after their 63-41 non-league loss to Pebblebrook (Mableton, GA).
