Fort Recovery Indians (Fort Recovery, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Jay County Patriots (Portland, IN), 34-29 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Fort Recovery upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Indians travel to Fort Loramie (Fort Loramie, OH) to play the Redskins in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Redskins go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Fort Loramie won 62-42 in their recent non-league bout against New Knoxville (New Knoxville, OH)
Next up, the Patriots play the New Castle Trojans (New Castle, IN) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 10. Jay County will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 77-56 non-league loss to Anderson (Anderson, IN).
