Young Men's Leadership Academy (Fort Worth, TX) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Fossil Ridge Panthers (Keller, TX), 40-39 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Young Men's Leadership Academy upgrades its record to 5-6 on the season. The travel to Carter (Dallas, TX) to clash with the Cowboys in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Cowboys go into the bout with a record of 10-1. Carter won 64-54 in their recent non-league bout against Pflugerville Connally (Austin, TX)

Next up, the Panthers clash with the Celina Bobcats (Celina, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 8. Fossil Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Bobcats go into the bout with a 8-3 record after their 58-44 non-league loss to Paris (Paris, TX).
