Illinois High School Basketball - Grant Community ripped by Fremd

The Fremd Vikings basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Grant Community Bulldogs to 28 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Vikings now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rolling Meadows for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 6. Fremd will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 55-41 non-league win over Maine South (Park Ridge, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-0.

The Bulldogs (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against McHenry (McHenry, IL). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, McHenry was routed by Prairie Ridge (Crystal Lake, IL), 51-41, in a league contest.
