Hanna Golden Eagles (Brownsville, TX) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Port Isabel Tarpons (Port Isabel, TX), 62-38 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Hanna upgrades its record to 12-4 on the campaign. The Golden Eagles travel to Edinburg (Edinburg, TX) to play the Bobcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Bobcats come into the bout with a record of 3-3.

Next up, the Tarpons play the IDEA Weslaco Pike (Weslaco, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 8. Port Isabel will attempt to upgrade on its 7-2 season record.
