The Moulton Bobkatz basketball team (Moulton, TX), was nudged 57-54 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Incarnate Word Academy Angels (Corpus Christi, TX)

The Angels now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Texas School for the Deaf for a TAPPS 4A District 3 battle on Tuesday, December 6. Incarnate Word Academy will battle a Rangers team coming off a 57-29 non-league loss to Hutto (Hutto, TX). The Rangers record now stands at 0-4.

The Bobkatz (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against Weimar (Weimar, TX). The Wildcats come into the non-league battle with a 2-3 record. In their last battle, Weimar edged Round Top-Carmine (Carmine, TX), 58-39, in a non-league battle.
