Karns City Gremlins (Karns City, PA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host North East Grape Pickers (North East, PA), 46-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Karns City upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Gremlins travel to Keystone (Knox, PA) to play the Panthers in a Keystone Shortway - Large bout on Wednesday, December 7. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Keystone lost 60-40 in their recent non-league bout against DuBois (DuBois, PA)

Next up, the Grape Pickers play the Fort LeBoeuf Bison (Waterford, PA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. North East will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
