California High School Basketball - Portola can't hold off Lassen

The Portola Tigers basketball team (Portola, CA), was nudged 66-59 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Lassen Grizzlies (Susanville, CA)

The Grizzlies now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shasta for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 6. Lassen will battle a Wolves team coming off a 53-38 league win over Enterprise (Redding, CA). The Wolves record now stands at 1-2.

The Tigers (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Greenville (Greenville, CA). The Indians come into the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Greenville edged Big Valley (Bieber, CA), 49-38, in a non-league battle.
