Loyola Academy Ramblers (Wilmette, IL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Von Steuben Panthers (Chicago, IL), 50-30 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Loyola Academy upgrades its record to 6-1 on the season. The Ramblers host Bulls College Prep (Chicago, IL) to clash with the Bulls in a non-league bout on Monday, December 5. The Bulls go into the bout with a record of 2-4. Bulls College Prep won 72-44 in their recent league bout against Rowe-Clark (Chicago, IL)

Next up, the Panthers clash with the Chicago Sullivan Tigers (Chicago, IL) in a Chicago Public - White North bout, on Wednesday, December 7. Von Steuben will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 41-38 league win over Foreman (Chicago, IL).
