The Penns Manor Comets (Clymer, PA) basketball knocked off the visiting Mt. Pleasant Vikings (Mt. Pleasant, PA), 53-37 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Comets (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Williamsburg (Williamsburg, PA). The Blue Pirates go into the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Williamsburg went down by Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy (Boalsburg, PA), 80-60, in a non-league test.
The Vikings now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Derry for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 6. Mt. Pleasant will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 82-74 non-league loss to United (Armagh, PA). The Trojans record now stands at 1-1.
