Louisiana High School Basketball - Red River topped by Neville

The Neville Tigers basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the host Red River Bulldogs to 40 in the Tigers non-league victory on Saturday.

The Tigers now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Richwood for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 6. Neville will battle a Rams team coming off a 68-52 non-league win over West Monroe (West Monroe, LA). The Rams record now stands at 7-1.

The Bulldogs (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Evangel Christian Academy (Shreveport, LA). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, Evangel Christian Academy was defeated by Byrd (Shreveport, LA), 51-50, in a non-league contest.
