The Palacios Sharks basketball team scored 47 points and held the host Pettus War Eagles to 20 in the Sharks non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Sharks now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Boling for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 6. Palacios will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 61-44 non-league win over Round Top-Carmine (Carmine, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-0.
The War Eagles (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Agua Dulce (Agua Dulce, TX). The Longhorns enter the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Agua Dulce was routed by Hebbronville (Hebbronville, TX), 49-36, in a non-league contest.
