In Saturday's non-league outing, the Vinton County Vikings (McArthur, OH) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Southeastern Panthers (Chillicothe, OH), by a margin of 70-47.

The Vikings (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Alexander (Albany, OH). The Spartans go into the Tri-Valley I outing with a 1-0 record.

The Panthers now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Piketon for a Scioto Valley outing on Tuesday, December 6. Southeastern will clash with a Redstreaks squad coming off a 62-48 league loss to Unioto (Chillicothe, OH). The Redstreaks record now stands at 1-2.
