Legacy Christian Academy Eagles (Frisco, TX) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Bishop Gorman Crusaders (Tyler, TX), 37-26 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Legacy Christian Academy upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Eagles travel to McKinney Christian Academy (McKinney, TX) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Monday, December 5. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 6-7. McKinney Christian Academy lost 54-21 in their recent non-league bout against Bowie (Bowie, TX)

Next up, the Crusaders clash with the North Dallas Adventist Academy Sentinel (Richardson, TX) in a TAPPS 3A District 2 bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Bishop Gorman will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Sentinel go into the bout with a 1-4 record after their 39-35 non-league win over Temple Christian (Fort Worth, TX).
