Champaign Central Maroons (Champaign, IL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Manual Rams (Peoria, IL), 58-24 in a league bout.

With the win, Champaign Central upgrades its record to 5-5 on the season. The Maroons host Sullivan (Sullivan, IL) to clash with the Redskins in a non-league bout on Monday, December 5. The Redskins go into the bout with a record of 4-3. Sullivan lost 44-37 in their recent non-league bout against Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond (Arthur, IL)

Next up, the Rams clash with the East Peoria Raiders (East Peoria, IL) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 7. Manual will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record.
