The George West Longhorns basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Three Rivers Bulldogs to 35 in the Longhorns non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Longhorns now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Annapolis Christian Academy for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 6. George West will battle a Warriors team coming off a 57-12 non-league loss to Edna (Edna, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 2-6.

The Bulldogs (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against McMullen County (Tilden, TX). The Cowboys enter the non-league contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, McMullen County was routed by Natalia (Natalia, TX), 34-31, in a non-league contest.
