Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Lockport Porters (Lockport, IL) and the host Minooka Indians (Minooka, IL), saw Lockport's basketball squad knock off Minooka by a count of 45-26.

With the victory, Lockport upgrades its record to 2-5 on the campaign. The Porters host Lincoln-Way West (New Lenox, IL) to play the Warriors in a SouthWest Suburban - Red challenge on Tuesday, December 6. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 7-0. Lincoln-Way West won 54-21 in their recent non-league challenge against Crete-Monee (Crete, IL)

Next up, the Indians play the Plainfield North Tigers (Plainfield, IL) in a SouthWest Prairie - West challenge, on Monday, December 5. Minooka will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 67-43 league win over Oswego (Oswego, IL).
