Orestimba Warriors (Newman, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Modesto Panthers (Modesto, CA), 29-13 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Orestimba upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Warriors travel to Hilmar (Hilmar, CA) to play the Yellowjackets in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a record of 5-0. Hilmar won 45-19 in their recent non-league bout against Central Valley (Ceres, CA)

Next up, the Panthers play the Gustine Reds (Gustine, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Modesto will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Reds go into the bout with a 3-2 record after their 43-36 non-league win over Waterford (Waterford, CA).
