Virginia High School Basketball - Nansemond River nipped by Norcom

The Norcom Greyhounds tipped the host Nansemond River Warriors basketball team by a final score of 62-59 in Saturday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Greyhounds face the Booker T. Washington Mighty Bookers (Norfolk, VA) in a Eastern game, on Tuesday, December 6. Norcom will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record.

With the defeat, Nansemond River moves to 1-2 on the year. The Warriors host Tallwood (Virginia Beach, VA) to face the Lions in a non-league game on Wednesday, December 7. The Lions enter the game with a record of 1-1.
