California High School Basketball - Sierra trounces Selma

The Sierra Chieftains (Tollhouse, CA) basketball crushed the host Selma Bears (Selma, CA), 68-47 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Chieftains (7-1) will now prepare for their test against Liberty (Madera, CA). The Hawks go into the Northwest Sequoia test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Liberty was trounced by Firebaugh (Firebaugh, CA), 27-10, in a non-league test.

The Bears now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Tulare Western for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 6. Selma will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 28-27 non-league loss to Strathmore (Strathmore, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-3.
