The Whitesboro Bearcats basketball team scored 43 points and held the visiting Wolfe City Wolves to 25 in the Bearcats non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Bearcats now sport a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Muenster for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 6. Whitesboro will battle a Hornets team coming off a 65-3 non-league win over Gainesville (Gainesville, TX). The Hornets record now stands at 9-4.

The Wolves (9-7) will now prepare for their contest against Leonard (Leonard, TX). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 0-5 record. In their last contest, Leonard was defeated by Aubrey (Aubrey, TX), 52-32, in a non-league contest.
