In Saturday's non-league battle, the host St. Joseph Knights soccer squad scored a close 2-1 win over the Christian Brothers Falcons.
The Knights (5-0) will now prepare for their battle against Stockdale (Bakersfield, CA). The Mustangs go into the non-league battle with a 5-0 record.
The Falcons (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against McClatchy (Sacramento, CA). The Lions go into the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, McClatchy nipped Armijo (Fairfield, CA), 3-1, in a non-league battle.
