In Saturday's league test, the visiting Taft School Big Red ice hockey team scored a tight 5-1 win over the Berkshire School Bears.

The Big Red (4-0) will now prepare for their test against Avon Old Farms (Avon, CT). The Beavers enter the test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, Avon Old Farms held off Hill School (Pottstown, PA), 5-0, in a non-league test.

Next up, the Bears encounter the Canterbury School Saints (New Milford, CT) in a test, on Monday, December 5. Berkshire School will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record. The Saints enter the test with a 0-3 record after their 5-3 league loss to Hotchkiss School (Lakeville, CT).
