The Greenfield-Central Cougars basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting Northeastern Knights to 38 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Cougars now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lawrenceburg for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 17.

The Knights (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Eastern Hancock (Charlottesville, IN). The Royals enter the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Eastern Hancock triumphed over Wes-Del (Gaston, IN), 48-25, in a league contest.
