The Leesville Wampus Cats held off the visiting Minden Crimson Tide soccer squad by a margin of 3-2 in Saturday's non-league match.
The Wampus Cats now sport a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Bolton for a Division III District 2 game on Tuesday, December 6.
The Crimson Tide (1-3) will now prepare for their game against Evangel Christian Academy (Shreveport, LA). The Eagles go into the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Evangel Christian Academy nipped Grace Christian (Alexandria, LA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
