In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Bethel Park Black Hawks basketball team scored a good 87-77 triumph over the Elizabeth Forward Warriors.

The Black Hawks (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Canon-McMillan (Canonsburg, PA). The Big Macs go into the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Canon-McMillan was topped by Peters Township (McMurray, PA), 66-54, in a non-league contest.
