Indiana High School Basketball - Victory Christian Academy overwhelms Calumet New Tech

The Victory Christian Academy Lions basketball team scored 72 points and limited the host Calumet New Tech Warriors to 36 in the Lions non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Lions now possess a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Heritage Christian for a South Shore game on Thursday, December 5. Victory Christian Academy will confront a Defenders team coming off a 64-40 league win over Granger Christian (Granger, IN). The Defenders record now stands at 3-0.

With the loss, Calumet New Tech falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Warriors host Hammond Bishop Noll (Hammond, IN) to confront the Warriors in a Greater South Shore game on Saturday, December 7. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 1-2. Hammond Bishop Noll lost 76-69 in their recent non-league game against Kankakee Valley (Wheatfield, IN)
