The Westby Norsemen basketball team scored 72 points and limited the host Cashton Eagles to 33 in the Norsemen non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Norsemen now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Luther for a Coulee game on Thursday, December 5. Westby will confront a Knights team coming off a 71-42 non-league win over Bangor (Bangor, WI). The Knights record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Cashton falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Eagles host Royall (Elroy, WI) to battle the Panthers in a Scenic Bluffs contest on Tuesday, December 10. The Panthers come into the contest with a record of 2-0. Royall won 70-47 in their recent non-league contest against Seneca (Seneca, WI)
