The Springfield Blue Devils basketball team scored 56 points and limited the host Columbian Tornadoes to 49 in the Blue Devils non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Blue Devils now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Perrysburg for a Northern Lakes game on Thursday, December 5.

With the loss, Columbian falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Tornadoes travel to Upper Sandusky (Upper Sandusky, OH) to confront the Rams in a non-league game on Saturday, December 7. The Rams go into the game with a record of 1-0. Upper Sandusky won 53-40 in their recent non-league game against Willard (Willard, OH)
