The Peoria Lions basketball team scored 40 points and limited the host Glenwood Titans to 27 in the Lions non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Lions now have a 4-0 record. They play next when they host Bloomington for a Big Twelve game on Thursday, December 5. Peoria will confront a Purple Raiders team coming off a 59-31 non-league loss to Normal Community (Normal, IL). The Purple Raiders record now stands at 0-4.

With the loss, Glenwood falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Normal University (Normal, IL) to confront the Pioneers in a Central State Eight game on Saturday, December 7. The Pioneers go into the game with a record of 3-1. Normal University won 57-55 in their recent non-league game against Bloomington Central Catholic (Bloomington, IL)
