The Oostburg Flying Dutchmen basketball team scored 73 points and limited the host Howards Grove Tigers to 57 in the Flying Dutchmen non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Flying Dutchmen now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Martin Luther for a non-league game on Saturday, December 7. Oostburg will confront a Spartans team coming off a 82-77 non-league win over Milwaukee Lutheran (Milwaukee, WI). The Spartans record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Howards Grove falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to St. Mary Catholic (Neenah, WI) to confront the Zephyrs in a Big East - North game on Tuesday, December 10. The Zephyrs go into the game with a record of 1-1.
