Georgia High School Basketball - Macon County routs Wilkinson County

December 3, 2024: Montezuma, GA 31063

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Macon County Bulldogs basketball team scored a big 64-42 win over the Wilkinson County Warriors.

The Bulldogs (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Webster County (Preston, GA). The come into the A D2 Region 6 contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Webster County was trounced by Pataula Charter Academy (Edison, GA), 58-44, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Warriors battle the Taylor County Vikings (Butler, GA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 6. Wilkinson County will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Vikings come into the contest with a 1-1 record after their 101-20 league win over Furlow Charter School (Americus, GA).
