The North Iberville Bears basketball team scored 67 points and limited the host Thrive Academy Bulldogs to 52 in the Bears non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bears now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Louisiana School for the Deaf for a non-league game on Thursday, December 5. North Iberville will confront a War Eagles team coming off a 66-7 non-league loss to Catholic of Pointe Coupee (New Roads, LA). The War Eagles record now stands at 0-9.

With the loss, Thrive Academy falls to 0-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host East Iberville (St. Gabriel, LA) to confront the Tigers in a non-league game on Friday, December 6. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 3-0. East Iberville won 46-38 in their recent non-league game against Independence (Independence, LA)
