In their next game, the Cardinals encounter the Garrard County Golden Lions (Lancaster, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 6. Wayne County will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Golden Lions come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 56-48 non-league win over Thomas Nelson (Bardstown, KY).
