In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Gabriel Richard Fighting Irish basketball team scored a big 75-48 win over the Annapolis Cougars.
The Fighting Irish (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Franklin (Livonia, MI). The Patriots come into the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Franklin was trounced by South Lyon East (South Lyon, MI), 65-19, in a non-league contest.
