Texas High School Basketball - Hondo victorious over Eagle Pass

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Hondo Owls basketball team scored a good 58-42 triumph over the Eagle Pass Eagles.

The Owls (8-1) will now prepare for their contest against Jourdanton (Jourdanton, TX). The Indians/Squaws go into the 3A Region IV District 28 contest with a 11-4 record.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the West Oso Bears (Corpus Christi, TX) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 5. Eagle Pass will attempt to better on its 3-11 season record. The Bears go into the contest with a 8-3 record after their 71-67 non-league loss to United South (Laredo, TX).
