In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Berry Cardinals basketball team scored a close 61-58 win over the Hopewell Titans.

The Cardinals (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against North Mecklenburg (Huntersville, NC). The Vikings come into the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, North Mecklenburg edged Robinson (Concord, NC), 83-43, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Titans battle the Salisbury Hornets (Salisbury, NC) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 5. Hopewell will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record. The Hornets come into the contest with a 0-2 record after their 68-31 non-league loss to NC GBB Academy (Durham, NC).
