The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Kelso Hilanders (Kelso, WA) and the visiting R.A. Long Lumberjacks (Longview, WA), observed Kelso's basketball team overwhelm R.A. Long by a margin of 58-32.
The Hilanders (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Ridgefield (Ridgefield, WA). The Spudders come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Ridgefield was trounced by Camas (Camas, WA), 78-28, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Lumberjacks battle the Castle Rock Rockets (Castle Rock, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 9. R.A. Long will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record.
