Indiana High School Basketball - Pike Central knocks off Shoals

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Pike Central Chargers basketball team scored a good 34-26 win over the Shoals Jug Rox.

The Chargers (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Barr-Reeve (Montgomery, IN). The Vikings enter the non-league match with a 3-2 record. In their last match, Barr-Reeve notched a victory over Springs Valley (French Lick, IN), 64-48, in a non-league match.

The Jug Rox now own a 0-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New Washington for a non-league match on Saturday, December 7. Shoals will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 61-18 league loss to Borden (Borden, IN). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-5.
