Georgia High School Basketball - Southwest trounced by Washington County

The Southwest Patriots basketball squad (Macon, GA), was crushed 52-15 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Washington County Golden Hawks (Sandersville, GA)

With the victory, Washington County advances its record to 2-0 on the year. The Golden Hawks host Hancock Central (Sparta, GA) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Friday, December 6. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a record of 1-4. Hancock Central lost 40-38 in their recent non-league battle against Greene County (Greensboro, GA)

The Patriots now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host East Laurens for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 10.
